The founder director of the School, Seethayamma kept the minor inmate girls 7 month old pregnancy a secret without lodging any police complaint.
As the Kakatiya University Police allegedly refused to register a case, Ranganath took the victim girl, who is apart from being mentally challenged deaf and dump also, to the district collector Mr Rahul Bojja, who ordered an immediate inquiry and arrest of the caretaker of the boarding.
